2015 Patient Participation Report
Over the past years, we have organised a patient survey with the help of our Patient Participation Group to assess exactly what our patients think we are doing right and where we can make improvements.
However, we decided to do things differently this year and used other forms of patient feedback to establish how we are doing. Since December 2014, we have also participated in the Friends and Family Test (please see our Home Page for further details on this).
We feel the main advantage of collecting feedback throughout the year is that we can get the views of our patients regularly instead of a 'snap shot' of what they think during one month that our previous patient surveys covered.
We have produced a report for our patients to see which involved our Patient Participation Group assessing areas where we could still make improvements and this is available below. We have also given details on the progress we made in the action points from our previous surveys.
